A Decade of Brilliance Reloaded

A Decade of Brilliance: Silent Auction—Reloaded!

The gallery lights rise once more… and with them, a renewed invitation.

“A Decade of Brilliance” returns—reopened with intention, rekindled with purpose—to offer our friends of Mercy another opportunity to experience and bid on the extraordinary works first unveiled at our 10th Annual Ability Over Disability Art Exhibit.

Within this silent auction lives more than a collection of pieces; it is a living tapestry of courage, imagination, and voice. Each work, thoughtfully created by the artists of Mercy Home’s Creative Arts Therapy Program, carries a story—of discovery, of confidence awakened, of expression made visible in color and form.

Through the arts, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities are given a pathway not only to create, but to be seen and understood. Yet today, only 12 individuals among Mercy Home’s 108 residents and more than 30 respite participants are able to access individualized creative arts therapy. While group sessions spark joy and connection, many artists continue to wait—ready for the deeper, more personal engagement that nurtures their fullest potential.

This reimagined auction is an invitation to return to those moments… and to carry them forward.

Your participation does more than place a bid—it extends possibility. Proceeds will sustain and expand the Creative Arts Therapy Program, ensuring that more individuals can step into individualized sessions where their unique voices are honored, developed, and celebrated.

At Mercy Home, we hold fast to the promise of Life Skills Lifelong—a belief that growth, creativity, and dignity are not milestones, but lifelong journeys.

And so, the canvas opens again.

Bid with intention.
Celebrate their brilliance.
Help more voices rise.
